To limit fraudulent activity on our debit cards, we will only authorize transactions requiring the use of a PIN (Personal Identification Number) at discount stores, department stores, grocery stores and pharmacies. If you do not remember your PIN please call us at 314-385-8800, Option 4 for instructions to re-pin your card.
Gateway Regional Credit Union does not call, send text messages, or send email to its members requesting your account information. Ignore any requests received in this manner.
