- Any federal employee, military or civilian, working within or being supervised from within the 8th Federal Reserve District, is eligible to join the credit union.
- Any retired federal employee, civilian or military within the 8th Federal Reserve District and not served by another credit union can join the credit union
- Any person within the 8th Federal Reserve District that is not being served by another credit union.

- Anyone who works in the 63115, 63120, or 63121 zip code areas
